  1. 1. Each Artist can submit up to a maximum of 10 artworks. Artists submitting 10 artworks will be allotted an exclusive booth for display.
  2. 2. The maximum size of artwork accepted is 3ftx3ft (painting) and 2ftx2ftx2ft (sculpture).
  3. 3. Kindly mention the title, medium and size of the artwork being submitted.
  4. 4. The submission deadline for selection purposes is 15.12.2024.
  5. 5. Artists will get confirmation of their official selection through E mail.
  6. 6. Art works can be submitted in person or by courier at the Address given below or as per the instructions of the Organizers.
  7. 7. Offline Entries please send this form duly filled along with images of your artwork, each duly labelled (title, medium, size), at the following Email address: 8diff2019@gmail.com
  1. 1. The courier / transportation cost shall be borne by the artist.
  2. 2. Entries submitted without the images of artworks will be rejected.
  3. 3. Diff reserves the right to accept or reject an entry at any given point of time, subject to circumstances.
  4. 4. The entry fee is non-refundable.
  5. 5. The artist should collect art works Within One month of the show, failing which the artworks would be considered festival property.
  6. 6. ARTIST OF THE YEAR Award will be awarded to an artist chosen by a panel of qualified jury. The Decision of the panel will be deemed final.
  7. 7. Each artist is entitled to receive one copy of the Catalogue which will be made available at the registration counter during the festival.
  8. 8. For aesthetic appeal, kindly note that each stall will display a maximum of 10 artworks only.
